mi producto llego destapado y se regó por toda la caja. No entiendo. los productos no bienes cerrados

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this brand. The product does not appear to clearly display the full amount of ingredients on their website, which I feel is important for customers to know exactly what they are purchasing and consuming. I was also unhappy with the ingredients listed once I received the actual product, but the brand refused to provide me with a refund.

I believe customers should be given complete and transparent ingredient information and should be treated fairly when they are dissatisfied with what they have purchased. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not purchase from this brand again.

Love the product. Delivery sucks but the product is excellent. It really has rosemary stem in it and onion for the hair strengthen shampoo. Both of them smell soooo good. Im very happy and will continue to purchase ☺️

El producto es lo mejor pero el servicio de entrega UPS es de lo peor es ya la segunda ocasión que dejan el producto en la dirección equivocada, y me cueta estar buscamdo donde lo dejaron

I love the smell, the feeling of cleaness it leaves on my hair after shampooing twice. It is overall the best shampoo ive tried in a while. Same with the conditoner and mask.

Terrible for my hair
