• What types of hair or scalp are the products suitable for?
Our products are formulated for all hair and scalp types: oily, dry, combination, natural, color-treated, chemically processed, straight, wavy, or curly.

• Do you conduct allergy tests or have recommendations for sensitive scalps?
Milagros does not conduct allergy testing or claim that its products are hypoallergenic. If you have a specific allergy, please contact us to determine whether a product is suitable for you.

• Are the products safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
We recommend consulting your healthcare professional for personalized advice.

• What should I do if a product causes irritation or an unexpected reaction?
Discontinue use immediately, as indicated on the product labels.

• Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured in Colombia, where the Milagros Enterprise Group is based.

• Are your products 100% natural?
While our products contain natural ingredients, they are not 100% natural or vegan. We do not advertise or promote them as such. However, we ensure they are formulated with high-quality natural ingredients that nourish and benefit your hair.

  1. Browse products through our menu categories, use the search bar, or take our product quiz to find the best fit for your needs.

  2. Once you’ve found the product you want, click “Add to Cart.”

  3. After adding all desired items, go to your cart and review your selection. Then, click “Checkout.”

  4. Enter your email address to continue.

  5. Fill in your shipping information: Full name, ID number, address, delivery details (such as apartment, neighborhood, or building name), and phone number. Avoid using special characters such as spaces, periods, dashes, or commas.

  6. Choose your preferred payment method.

  7. Enter your billing address (usually the same as your shipping address).

  8. Review your order confirmation and order number.

You will receive email notifications as your order status updates:

Your package will arrive at the address provided.

• Do you accept international orders or only from the U.S.?
At this time, we only process orders within the United States. International orders are not yet available.

• What payment methods do you accept?

• How long will my order take to arrive?

• How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, volume, and delivery address of your order.

• How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. You can also contact our Customer Service team for tracking assistance.

• Which shipping carriers do you use?
Our authorized carriers include:
Uni Uni, UPS, DHL eCommerce, USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

• Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

• What if I didn’t receive my order or it’s delayed?
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, or it appears delayed, please contact our Customer Service team for follow-up and to file a report with the carrier.
Please note that a delay alone does not justify opening a case unless more than 7 business days have passed without delivery.

• Do prices include taxes?
Yes, applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated based on your shipping state at checkout.

• Is there a minimum age to place an order?
Yes, you must be 18 years or older to make purchases on our website.

• Do you offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount?
Yes! We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $100 USD.

 


 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

• What is your return policy?

• How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
MIRACLES INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC accepts product exchanges within five (5) business days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and the exchange is due to a valid warranty claim. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the exchange.

• What should I do if a product arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact Customer Service and provide photos as evidence. Once your claim is approved, MIRACLES INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC will cover the return shipping and send a replacement product.

• How do I start a return or claim?
Submit your return request within 5 business days of receiving your order through one of our authorized channels.
Steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team.

  2. Our team will review your case and inform you if your return or exchange is approved.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a product pickup.

  4. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll issue a replacement or start the refund process.
    Note: Please allow up to 10 days for processing.

• What are the requirements for returning a product?

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.

  • The reason for return must be supported by photo evidence.

  • Exchanges must be for an item of equal or greater value or for store credit.

  • The replacement item must be available in stock.

  • Returns are not applicable to discounted or promotional items.

• How long does a refund take, and how is it processed?
Once the product is received, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

  • For card refunds, we follow the processing timelines and policies of our payment gateways.

  • For bank transfers, we require a bank certificate and a copy of the ID of the purchaser.
    Refunds may take up to 15 business days, but we’ll process them as quickly as possible.

No, Miracles by Milagros (MIRACLES INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC) is not a distributor. It is the official company of the Milagros Enterprise Group from Colombia. To operate in the United States, we are legally registered under the name Miracles by Milagros.

• Do you comply with cosmetic regulations in the countries you ship to?
We comply with Colombian legislation, specifically the Andean Community Decision 833.

• Do your labels include required information such as ingredients, country of origin, warnings, and local language instructions?
Yes, all labels include mandatory information such as ingredients, country of origin, warnings, and instructions in the local language.
